Hello, I've recently tried to upgrade my phone and am having an extremely hard time doing so. There was fraudulent activity on my account months ago and I had also resolved that issue MONTHS ago. Many of these carriers, such as MetroPCS, Boost Mobile and Cricket Wireless, are so-called mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs).

To make matters worse, a recent Consumer Reports survey named Sprint the worst customer service provider for the phone industry - for the second year in a row. It's a great idea for Sprint and T-Mobile shareholders, and it could even lead to better service for consumers.

We just switched to Sprint from AT & T. So far We have had extremely poor data speeds and phone quality. We like that Sprint doesn't have tiered unlimited plans; it just has the one option that includes everything. Newer models will be built to use the network the company is planning and unless you found something really exotic to use on Sprint a new model of your favorite phone will be built to work everywhere there is "new" T-Mobile service. Not only did Sprint let the survivors use those phones for free, but they also cancelled all of the overcharges that my wife and I, along with many other relief workers, had run up during the month of September.

I went ahead and purchased the phones and told them I would call back about the website issue because I had a headache trying to deal with accents and being on the phone for hours. I have read in the Huffington Post that Sprint deliberately treats customers poorly.
